The Luna takes its name from the way the hammered disc catches and scatters light. A bezel-set gemstone sits independently alongside the textured disc, adding movement and finishing a look without any effort. This version features amazonite, a cool blue-green stone with a naturally opaque, chalky quality that sits beautifully against the warmth of the gold plated finish. The pale veining running through it adds character, making it feel like yours rather than off a shelf. Available in sterling silver or 18ct gold plated eco sterling silver on a fine 18 inch curb chain, a lovely piece to add to your own collection. Presented in a Nellou pouch and jewellery box. All Nellou jewellery is made using 925 sterling silver or gold plated sterling silver. Our gold plated pieces feature a heavy layer of 18ct gold, with a standard plating thickness of 1 micron. Due to the nature of certain designs, particularly chains, plating thickness may vary slightly. We use natural semi-precious gemstones in our jewellery. As each stone is natural, variations in colour, tone and character are to be expected and are part of the individuality of each piece. We want your jewellery to stay in great condition so you can enjoy it for years to come. With some simple steps you can help prolong the life of your pieces. Remove your jewellery daily, put it on as the last step when getting ready and the first thing you take off at the end of the day. But if wearing regularly its fine to keep it stored in our jewellery pouch or box for a short period of time. Remember that the silver & gold plating can scratch if coming into contact with sharp or abrasive surfaces and gold plated items will with repeated wear, start to wear away the gold layer. The safest way to clean silver and gemstone jewellery, is to use a damp lint free soft cloth or silver cloth on the silver & gold plating and wipe any gemstones with a damp cloth to remove any residue.
