Each of the professional V knives are designed with a larger handle and are heavier in the hand than the signature collection. The ice-hardened blades have a longer lasting edge retention and are engineered for frequent use. Perfectly balanced and ideal for the keen home cook of the professional chef. The solid oak knife block features silicone feet to ensure the block stays in place and each of the knives can stored in an upright position for quick and easy access.
