That’s the NS1 A New, Sharper Front End Leaning on lessons learned from the Tempus TT bike, we reshaped the NS1’s front end to be deeper and sharper. The leading edge now extends forward of the steerer, creating space for a cleaner, more efficient airfoil where the wind hits first. A pronounced hourglass head tube narrows the frame’s waist to reduce frontal area.. Deeper airfoils on the fork legs channel air around the front wheel and increase stiffness.. The result is simple: a sharper, more efficient leading edge that’s faster through the wind. 203 Grams Lighter The new NS1 frame weighs 203g less than the previous generation. Ventum did this by developing a new carbon layup, improving the production process, and by shaving mass from the front-end and seat stays.
